Executive and Financial Reporting

As part of the CA&R Service, Telecoms Clarity works with client teams and stakeholders to develop Executive and financial products designed specific to each organisation's requirements.

 

The financial products are fully bespoke and can range from general ledger uploads designed to feed into client's accounting systems, detailed cost centre reporting tailored to the client's hierarchy (eg Heads of Business Units, Director Teams etc), budgetory tracking reports, contract performance reporting. invoice analysis, and individualised reports to end users.

In addition to a suite of tailored financial reports, Telecoms Clarity will produce an Executive Report monthly to the CIO/ Head of IT/ other relevant stakeholders which will give detailed analysis and reporting of the state of the commercial situation for the month and trending over time. The Executive Report is the flagship product that informs and assists the Executive in commercial decision making.
